Are these monthly or yearly prices?
These are the full yearly prices: US$ 10 for Basic and US$ 27.90 for Complete. Each approved charge provides 12 months of access. Both subscriptions automatically renew annually; there are no monthly charges.
What is the difference between the plans?
Basic gives you a fixed selection of 25 audio tracks, without new releases. Complete gives you the full library plus new audio releases and updates published while your subscription is active.
Do I need to download an app or all the audio files?
No. Open it in your phone or computer browser with an internet connection. You can add a shortcut to your home screen. You don't need to download the 25 GB library.
Can I cancel the renewal?
Yes, for either plan. Cancel through your Hotmart purchases area before the next annual charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid access continues until the end of the current term, unless the purchase is refunded or charged back.
How does the guarantee work?
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase through the support channel on your receipt. Provide the email used for your purchase and your order number.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Complete?
Yes. Purchase Complete through its checkout. Your Basic payment is not automatically deducted, and a new purchase does not cancel your previous subscription. Manage your Basic renewal in Hotmart to avoid keeping two subscriptions active.
Do I need headphones?
Use stereo headphones to experience both channels of binaural audio. Nature sounds and music can also be played through speakers. Set the volume to a comfortable level.
Does the app support my language?
The interface and titles are available in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Changing languages does not change the audio content of the recordings.
