1. The service
Sono Zen is a digital service offering binaural audio, nature sounds and music to accompany rest, relaxation, focus and meditation. The library is accessed through your browser at app.sonozen.shop, with an internet connection. The interface is available in English, Portuguese and Spanish; the language does not change the sound recordings.
These terms describe the purchase and use conditions. Read them before buying. Contact details appear at the beginning and end of this page. If you do not agree to these conditions, do not complete the purchase.
2. Annual plans, prices and differences
Basic Annual — US$ 10.00 per year
An annual subscription providing 12 months of access to a fixed selection of 25 audio tracks, starting when payment is approved. New releases and the e-book exclusive to earlier Lifetime purchases are not included.
Complete Annual — US$ 27.90 per year
An annual subscription providing 12 months of access to the full library and new audio releases and platform updates published while the plan is active. The e-book exclusive to earlier Lifetime purchases is not included.
Both plans are billed annually and automatically renew until canceled. Advertised prices are total yearly prices in United States dollars (USD), not monthly rates. Each approved renewal provides the next 12 months of access. Before paying, check the plan, billing frequency, price, taxes, conversions and payment conditions at the Hotmart checkout. Contact support before completing a purchase if anything differs from this offer.
These annual offers apply to new purchases. Earlier purchases retain the duration, benefits and conditions stated at the time of purchase. Existing Lifetime customers retain access and the exclusive e-book under their original offer.
3. Account, payment and access
Hotmart processes payments. Access requires an approved purchase, identification of the plan and verification of the email used at checkout. On the app's first-access page, use that same email and follow the verification and password creation steps. Your Sono Zen password does not have to be your Hotmart password.
Use an email you can access, keep your password confidential and do not share private activation links. Pending payments may require confirmation. If payment is approved but access does not work, contact support with your purchase email and order identification, without sending your password or full card details.
The service is intended for people legally able to enter into a contract; where required, a minor's purchase and use must be supervised and authorized by their legal guardian.
4. Annual renewal, cancellation and upgrades
To stop future Basic Annual or Complete Annual charges, cancel in your Hotmart purchases area, using your purchase email, before the next renewal. Keep the confirmation. Deleting your app account or not using the service does not cancel a subscription.
Canceling renewal preserves access until the end of the paid term, unless the purchase is refunded or charged back. Cancellation and refunds are separate processes; cancellation does not automatically return earlier payments. Contact support to correct an improper block of your paid term.
Upgrading requires purchasing Complete Annual through its checkout. The Basic payment is not automatically deducted. Buying another plan does not cancel an existing subscription: manage the earlier renewal separately to avoid charges for two plans. Refunds, chargebacks and unpaid charges affect access associated with the corresponding purchase, without removing your right to challenge errors.
5. Guarantee and refunds
Sono Zen offers a 7-day commercial guarantee for the initial purchase, including the first annual charge for either plan. Within this period, request a full refund through Hotmart or Sono Zen support, providing your purchase email and order number.
This commercial guarantee does not automatically restart with every annual renewal and does not limit mandatory rights, including remedies for incorrect charges, service failures or failure to deliver the offer. If your purchased offer or applicable law provides a longer period, the applicable more protective entitlement prevails.
Once a refund or chargeback is confirmed, access associated with the refunded purchase ends. The time until funds reach you depends on Hotmart and the payment method. Confirm subscription cancellation as well to prevent future renewals.
6. Permitted use and intellectual property
Your purchase grants personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to content included in your plan. It does not transfer ownership of audio tracks, covers, the brand, code or e-book. You may use the e-book for personal reading under the offer's conditions.
You may not resell, redistribute, publish or extract the library without permission, share an account for third-party access, attempt to access content outside your plan, bypass security controls or disrupt the service. Legally protected exceptions remain valid.
7. Well-being and safety
The audio tracks and e-book are intended for well-being and general information. They are not a diagnosis, prescription, treatment or promise of a cure, clinical improvement or guaranteed outcome. They do not replace professional healthcare advice.
Use a comfortable volume. Do not listen in a way that interferes with attention while driving, operating machinery or doing activities requiring vigilance. Stop if you experience discomfort. Use stereo headphones for binaural audio channels.
8. Availability, maintenance and suspension
Playback requires internet access and a compatible browser. Maintenance and network or provider failures may cause interruptions. Uninterrupted availability is not promised; significant issues should be communicated and addressed while preserving consumer remedies.
Access may be suspended for fraud, security risks or substantiated violations of these terms. Where possible, the reason and a review channel will be provided. Suspension does not authorize arbitrary forfeiture of payments or rights. If the service permanently closes, customers must be informed and contractual and legal obligations addressed.
9. Your data
Processing of data from the website, app and payment integrations is explained in the Privacy Policy. A purchase is not unrestricted consent for advertising or uses incompatible with the stated purposes.
10. Changes, support and your rights
The date above identifies this version. Material changes must be communicated through available channels and must not retroactively reduce purchased rights. New products are not automatically included in existing plans unless offered as updates to the platform itself or expressly included in the offer.
Use the contact details on this page for questions, access problems, cancellation or refunds. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections or impose an exclusive court jurisdiction that prevents you from exercising them. Mandatory rules relevant to the contract and your location apply. Translation differences must be resolved without reducing those rights.
